ABOUT AAC MACHINERY :
Well-chosen equipment for aerated lightweight concrete production will turn into a profitable business. “Essarcon” company is capable of implementing any of your projects on production of AAC blocks. Production lines for AAC blocks vary in configuration and productivity, respectively. One should take several parameters into account in order to choose the equipment wisely: the required number of blocks (M3), the Land (space) and the budget.
These startup models are equipped with standard trolley type molds. Here mold base trolley carries 3 or 4 Layers of blocks. Autoclave for this system is designed for Single rail of molds. Generally single cycle of autoclaving in vary from 7M3 - 13M3. Plant capacity with this system is 14M3 to 100 M3 per Day. Boiler required for this system is of low steam output compared to bigger plants. Generally 800KG/Hr to 2000KG/Hr. Productivity also depends on automation of Feedstock (Raw material ) handling. i.e. Installing Silos for Cement and Fly ash.

Small AAC block production lines

AAC - 17
This is smallest AAC plant we make. Machines are similar to our ALC/NAAC 17M3 Plant. Mold volume is 0.86M3. 3 Layers of blocks in each mold.

AAC - 16
This is Ideal startup AAC plant mold volume is 1M3. 4 Layers of blocks in each mold. Small system with only required equipments. Simple and easy to operate.
Production capacity - 16M3/Day to 64M3/Day

AAC - 32
Performance is key of productivity. High speed mixer fitted with automatic batching system with material feeding screw conveyor, underground fly ash. slurry mixer and demolding crane for faster operations with integrated aluminum powder mixer
